The things people ask before they pay.

What do I actually pay VartaAPI?

Your plan, and nothing else. GST at 18% is added when you pay, and you get a proper tax invoice with your GSTIN on it so a registered business can claim the input credit. There is no per-message charge, no setup fee and no wallet to top up.

Then who charges me for the messages?

Meta does, directly, on the card attached to your own WhatsApp Business Account. That money never passes through us and we add nothing to it. It is the whole reason this page is cheaper than a reseller’s.

Can I change plan or stop?

Change whenever you like. If you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drop to Free — your number, contacts and history stay.

Do I need my own WhatsApp number?

Yes, and that is the point. The number lives on your own Meta account, you hold its two-step PIN, and you can move it to another provider any day you like without asking us.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No expiry, no card, one user. You can connect a real number and send real messages — Meta still charges you for those, at Meta’s rate.

What if I need more than the seats included?

Extra seats are ₹750 each per month on any paid plan. A seat you buy stays until you remove it.
