Data Deletion Instructions
How to delete your account and data.

This page explains how to delete data held by VartaAPI, operated by Kavin International. It is the data deletion instructions URL referenced by our Meta app.
In short: email legal@vartaapi.comfrom your account email address with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 2 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
1. Delete your whole account
Send an email to legal@vartaapi.comfrom the email address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my data” and your organisation name. We may ask one or two questions to confirm you control the account before we act.
We will then permanently delete your organisation, its users, contacts, conversations, messages, templates, campaigns, flows, leads and API keys.
2. Delete a single contact
You do not need us for this. Sign in, open Contacts, find the person and delete them. That removes the contact along with their tags, attributes, campaign records and conversation history.
3. Disconnect WhatsApp
To stop us sending or receiving on your behalf without deleting your account, remove VartaAPI’s access from your Meta Business account, or contact us and we will disconnect the number. Your historical data stays until you ask us to delete it.
4. What is deleted and what is kept

Messages already delivered to WhatsApp sit on Meta’s systems and on your customers’ phones. Deleting your VartaAPI data does not remove those; Meta’s own retention applies.
5. Timeline
- Within 2 working days — we acknowledge your request.
- Within 30 days — deletion is complete, including backups, and we confirm by email.
